Celia Seupel is an author, poet, and journalist, with publications ranging from The New York Times to The Kingston Daily Freeman, where she worked as a reporter. She received her MFA in Poetry and her MS in Journalism from Columbia University, where she won a Horgan prize for critical science writing. In the past, she served as an Editorial Director for Scholastic, Inc., and as a writing instructor at NYU. Girl with the Silver Hair, a dystopian thriller, is her sixth book and her debut novel.
